Akanni is a licensed human resources professional with over 20years of excellent track records in human capital management. She is currently the Deputy Director of Human Resources and Admin, of Nigerian Society of Engineers and she has demonstrated skills and abilities of working with the senior management and the Board of Directors on strategic repositioning via highly customized human capital development.
She holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Human Resources Management from Bayero University, Kano;
A Masters degree in Indusrial and Labour Relations from Nigerian Defence Academy

A Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Bayero University, Kano
and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Management from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta Ogun State.
Adeola Akanni brings on board over 20 years of on-the-job Human Resources. She is passionate about people development, continuous learning, youth empowerment and career development programmes.
Adeola is creatively inspiring with a positive attitude; she is a strong communicator, has a fantastic sense of humor and believes in team work. She encourages and inspires her team to strive for higher productivity in the workplace.
She belongs to Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) of Nigeria, the only licensed institute that govern the activities of Human Resources Practitioners in Nigeria, she has served in various capacities including Branch Secretary, Branch Vice Chairperson, 2-term Branch Chairperson, and currently an Elected Council member . She is an active member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), where she also serves in different capacities including Branch Vice Chairperson. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Capital Management of Nigeria, she is a fellow of Chartered Institute of Human Resources and Strategic Management, Nigeria..
Adeola resides in Kaduna ,Nigeria and she is a mother and a wife.

Mark Omaku Peter is the Executive Director Finance of Bluegate Global Outsourcing Limited bringing over 14 years of experience in the banking and finance sector. With degrees in Accounting, Treasury Management, and Crime Management Prevention and Control, he is well-equipped to lead the company’s financial strategies.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (FCA), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Treasury Management (FITM), and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He ensure that Bluegate Global Outsourcing Limited Company maintains strong financial health and compliance with regulations.
In his role as executive director finance, Mark oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and treasury operations while developing strategies to improve profitability and reduce risks. His focus on collaboration and innovation helps align financial goals with the company’s overall mission.
